CARA MENJADI RAJIN

Sebenarnya kalo menurut saya.., malas itu diakibatkan oleh beberapa faktor...
1. Sudah kebiasaan dari kecil.
Karena anda terlahir dari keluarga yang tergolong mampu.., jadi sudah dibiasakan dari kecil
kurang mandiri.., contohnya adalah mencuci pakaian dikerjakan oleh pembantu.., pulang
sekolah dijemput oleh sopir.., dsb.
2. Jenuh/bosan dengan suatu hal.
Jika kita sudah terlalu sering melakukan suatu hal.., pasti terdapat titik jenuhnya.., dan jika
sudah mendapatkan titik jenuh itu.., otomatis perasaan malas itu muncul.., saya ambil contoh
adalah menonton film.., jika sudah jenuh dengan film itu.., pasti anda akan malas untuk
menontonnya bukan...?
3. Fisik terlalu lelah.
Kalau ini pasti (menurut saya) semua orang mengalaminya.., saya ambil contoh adalah
ketika kita baru sampai rumah sehabis pulang kerja.., naik bus.., kena macet dsb.
Nah begitu tiba di rumah hal yang paling pertama pasti istirahat dulu.., dan males ngapa2in...
4. Dll
Sifat malas yang terbawa oleh emosi (mungkin karena putus cinta.., diomelin boss.., dsb.)
Pasti males ngapa2in nih..., ada yang maonya diem aja di kamar.., ada yang maonya telponan
untuk curhat.., ada yang nangis seharian...

Nah kalo menurut saya sebenarnya agak susah untuk merubah sifat malas itu.., mungkin dengan kemauan keras dari diri sendiri yang mampu merubah sifat malas itu jadi rajin.., yaaa mungkin dimulai dengan merencanakan hal2 kecil seperti tidur lebih awal dan kemudian bangun lebih pagi agar bisa berolahraga dan bikin sarapan sendiri..., dengan kata lain kita harus membiasakan untuk mengisi waktu luang dengan kesibukan.........^^

Technical Learning Shadowing We have what is called the right brain and left brain.
